- Champion innovation labs and incubation programs for breakthrough ventures
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning work for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech governance, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or equivalent
