Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints targeting post-2025 market opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions using generative AI and quantum computing
- Present strategic insights at global industry conferences and thought leadership summits
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and data visualization specialists
- Establish KPIs to track strategy implementation and ROI for 2026+ initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk modeling
