Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, tech disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with data-driven recommendations
- Facilitate innovation workshops with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
