Responsibilities
- Forecast macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, sustainability, and human-centric technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
