- Manage pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business models
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and strategic foresight tools
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience scaling global initiatives across multiple markets
- Certification in Futures Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
