Responsibilities
- Forecast socio-technological trends through 2026 using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for AI, climate resilience, and quantum computing disruption
- Lead quarterly horizon-scanning workshops with R&D and product teams
- Author strategic whitepapers on emerging markets and competitive threats
- Design and execute innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
- Present findings to executive board and investor committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market advantage
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and backcasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
