- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling executive presentations and investor narratives
- Champion innovation culture by integrating futurism into product development and R&D processes
- Monitor competitor future-proofing strategies and identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing future-ready roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into cohesive narratives
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Futures, HBR)
