Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy

- Produce thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their industry impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published futurism work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
