Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Horizon Reports
- Lead cross-functional Future Scenarios Workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Design and implement Strategic Innovation Pipelines
- Advise executive leadership on long-term capital allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies to shape future ecosystems
- Create Competitive Intelligence Frameworks
- Mentor a team of Future Strategists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Technology Management, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or related methodology
