Responsibilities
- Forecast global technological and societal shifts through data-driven trend analysis
- Develop actionable 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing future-focused projects required
