Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Champion innovation culture by challenging orthodoxies and proposing paradigm-shifting solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or disruptive innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry evolution
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
