- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business operations
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with market readiness
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry-leading publications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented impact
