Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) and translate them into 2026 strategic imperatives
- Develop cross-ecosystem roadmaps for emerging technologies and sustainable business models
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners to navigate uncertainty
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Oversee Horizon Lab's 2026 innovation pipeline with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Coordinate with UN Sustainable Development Goals taskforce for alignment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging technologies or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in Sustainable Development or Climate Resilience planning
- Experience scaling global initiatives across 3+ continents
