Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities
- Produce annual '2026 Impact Reports' with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate futures thinking into product development and corporate strategy processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy and innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
