Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing business models
- Produce comprehensive strategic briefings and executive presentations on emerging paradigms
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-gen technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into 5-year roadmaps
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight platforms
