- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging disruptors
- Design ethical guidelines for next-generation autonomous systems

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (2018-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SAM, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
