Responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design strategic frameworks for integrating futuristic solutions into current business models
- Present future scenarios and actionable recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through pilot programs and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex global trends
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFPS preferred)
