- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio with quarterly strategic pivots

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with C-suite exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in journals like Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
