Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026-2030 technological inflection points across biotech, AI governance, and space commercialization
- Develop speculative scenarios and strategic roadmaps for exponential technology adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum-secure communication and neural interfaces
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging tech and build responsible innovation frameworks
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board members using immersive data storytelling
- Curate cross-disciplinary workshops with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA collaborators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning for 2025+
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method, causal layered analysis, and AI trend modeling
- Experience communicating complex futures to executive audiences through data visualization
- Published thought leadership in journals like Journal of Futures Studies or Future-oriented Technology Analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent from leading foresight institutes
