Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystems, aligning with market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test future business models
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using our $50M innovation fund
- Present findings to investors and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions (include portfolio of past predictions)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario modeling software
- Credibility with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible outcomes from trend-based initiatives
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives
