Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 3-5 year strategic pathways
- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking white papers and executive briefings for board-level decisions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic acquisition targets
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, WFS) preferred
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
