Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market transformations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their commercial implications
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with future scenarios
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships in emerging ecosystems
- Design and implement future-proofing frameworks for business units
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Published thought leadership in technology/societal transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on disruption preparedness
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
