Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI governance
- Architect future-state roadmaps for sustainable tech ecosystems and circular economy integration
- Facilitate executive workshops on ethical AI and human-machine collaboration paradigms
- Produce foresight reports synthesifying biotech, neurotech, and climate tech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction interfaces
- Advantage: Develop patent-pending predictive models for tech adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech landscapes
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into C-suite actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or tech scenario planning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Shaping Tomorrow) preferred
