Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop future-proof business models
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate uncertainties
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation innovation pipelines
- Author whitepapers on future workforce evolution and societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEPLE)
