- Lead workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on ethical AI deployment and workforce evolution

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario modeling using tools like Causal Layered Analysis or Horizon Scanning
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced data analytics
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
