Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish foresight methodologies and scenario-planning frameworks across departments
- Present trend insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with ROI-focused project portfolio
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies by 2026 launch window
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, system dynamics)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
