Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for global markets
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models across industries
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps with actionable insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Advise board members on long-term strategic pivots and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects
