Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ scenarios across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability
- Develop strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
