Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives
- Author white papers on disruptive innovations and their market impacts
- Design and manage innovation incubation programs for future-proofing
- Present findings at global industry conferences and executive summits
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future trends
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
