Responsibilities

- Develop strategic scenarios and predictive models for long-term business resilience
- Design and execute cross-functional foresight workshops with executive teams
- Author compelling trend reports and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Champion innovation culture by integrating foresight into product development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators for strategic impact assessment
- Build and maintain a proprietary future intelligence database with real-time analytics
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
