Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) and translate into competitive advantages
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Produce quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports with actionable insights
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 case studies)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Scenarios, Delphi)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating abstract concepts
