Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and implementation priorities
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for disruptive forces in the 2026 timeframe
- Present executive-level insights through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership content and whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating complex foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
