Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging technology disruptors
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into 3-year roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through published whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in Python/R and visualization tools
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovation frameworks
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
