Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate adaptation solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into corporate strategy
- Produce annual '2026 Vision' reports with actionable scenarios for board-level decision-making
- Establish cross-industry partnerships to validate trend forecasts and innovation pipelines
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for global stakeholders
- Represent the organization at international futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
