Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term planning integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business strategy and innovation pipelines
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for 2026 market conditions
- Drive cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
- Maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience)
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
