Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by synthesizing global trends, technological shifts, and societal changes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams, translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Design and implement innovation frameworks that accelerate adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities aligned with 5-year market projections
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend analysis
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, biotechnology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFM)
