Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends and technologies to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client organizations navigating future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and innovation adoption
- Produce high-impact reports on future market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Advise C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots and digital transformation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data interpretation skills
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
