Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and quantify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes and competitive shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through data-rich visualizations and compelling narratives
- Architect organizational resilience strategies for technological disruption and workforce evolution
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP from APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
