Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Identify and quantify emerging market disruptions with potential $1B+ impact across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 regulatory and geopolitical projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into executable product development and market entry strategies
- Establish proprietary trend-anticipation models using AI-driven pattern recognition and sentiment analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors with executive-level storytelling
- Pioneer FutureHorizon's thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market shifts (demonstrated through case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing multi-million dollar decisions
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or futurist thought leadership pieces
