- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Establish cross-functional working groups to implement future-ready initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting global tech ecosystems

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
