Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, biotech, and quantum computing teams
- Develop predictive models for societal and technological disruption post-2025
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Curate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and investment theses
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AGI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/socioeconomic trends (2018-2023 validation)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or industry white papers
