- Architect the company's 2026-2030 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
