Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration in global infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping neural interface systems and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Architect sustainable urban ecosystems with autonomous infrastructure and climate-responsive materials
- Partner with UN agencies to establish global standards for human augmentation technologies
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through venture incubation programs
- Present visionary frameworks at Davos, World Economic Forum, and TED Global conferences
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon Labs' Future Architects Academy
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Exponential Technologies with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale technological transformation (minimum $100M impact)
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech convergence ecosystems
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals with minimum 3 seminal works
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi methods, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, OECD principles)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two implemented future-shaping initiatives post-2020
