Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Create predictive market models for 3-5 year industry evolution scenarios
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and industry experts
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports for executive decision-making
- Drive innovation culture through internal foresight training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
