Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology, economic, and social trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning workshops
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market disruption and adoption curves
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
