- Design and implement foresight methodologies for scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype disruptive solutions aligned with 2026+ market demands
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Develop KPIs measuring innovation impact and future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
