Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to build 2026 market scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision implementation
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation maturity against 2026 benchmarks
- Represent Horizon Labs at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
