- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track implementation progress
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in agile environments
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
