Responsibilities

- Develop innovation blueprints that integrate exponential technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen products and services
- Author strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of transformative technologies
- Partner with venture teams to identify and incubate 2026-relevant startups
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global futurism summits and innovation symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-ready commercialization projects
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
