Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future trends into actionable strategies
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports on emerging technologies with global impact
- Design and pilot 'future-proofing' frameworks for enterprise clients
- Represent Horizon at Davos, TED, and leading futurist conferences
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology™
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of implementing 3-5 year strategic plans with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning software)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
